The role of healthy programme can also play a part in helping certain conditions like eczema and psoriasis which are often exacerbated by spicy food , dairy products , citrus fruits , alcoholic drinks , coffee and fry – ups.

So its all about changing a lifestyle not Dieting , I think most diets don’t work for long time , always kicking you back with yoyo effect . But if you slowly change your lifestyle
