Nor can you escape your background. Poor nutrition experienced over generations is recorded and expressed genetically as various strengths and weaknesses in the body. So anything positive you can do now will not only store up potential good health for the future but will also help to repair negative states from the past.
You will have more resistance to disease and will experience increased health and vitality.
You need to follow a healthy programme which might include.
Exercise and Relaxation
Eating plenty of complex carbohydrates like grains, pulses, fruits and vegetables
Eating plenty of nuts, seeds and yellow and green leafy vegetables
Limiting intake of animal protein , especially red meat , en excess of which is linked to cancer of the colon.
Cutting down on salt and processed food’s
Cutting down on sugar
Avoiding fried and fatty food’s ( excluding stir fries)
Reduction of diary intake
Cutting down on alcohol and caffeine
Stop smoking
At time of stress or illness taking a good multivitamin and mineral supplement , and rising of your intake of Vitamin C can be also useful boost for the immune system.
The role of healthy programme can also play a part in helping certain conditions like eczema and psoriasis which are often exacerbated by spicy food , dairy products , citrus fruits , alcoholic drinks , coffee and fry – ups.

So its all about changing a lifestyle not Dieting , I think most diets don’t work for long time , always kicking you back with yoyo effect . But if you slowly change your lifestyle

it is more likely to work permanently . Well it works for me :}
